Words for the momentPosted by sgrove on November 3rd, 2008
Let us hear what God is doing and saying in your life (Interns). As we spend time waiting on God and seeking His face, He opens our ears to hear and changes our hearts. What is the Holy Spirit quickening to you in this season of your life?

God has called me. I know what I am meant to do. The biggest thing He is doing in me is I can actually here the voice of God. He gives me a peace now that only He can give. I have given everything to Him now, because once you do that you rely on Him for everything. Through this whole intern expierience so far, God has taken away the anger problems I have had.
God has mended my relationship with friends that I thought I would never get back. God has been helping heal my relationship with my Father. God is amazing. The message of the prodigal son has been a huge theme that has been being talked about in the church lately. I was a prodigal son. God brought me back and saved me. I know the call on my life now. And through Christ I can do all things.
Thanks for listening to me ramble guys.

Keep pushing, keep believing, keep moving forward. The other day I was reflecting upon what I would be like if I did not have the love of Christ in me with a friend. We both came to the conclusion that it would not be a pretty site. My life has been changed radically all by my beloved Jesus Christ. Over the past year I have grown to a person that is hardly recognizable to myself, every once in a while I reflect upon who I was vs. who I am now. It is astounding what God can do when given the chance.
As a 2nd year Intern I have noticed another shift. My mind is set on a deeper growth from what I have experienced before and I know without it my life will amount to nothing. Though circumstances are hard and difficulties rear their ugly heads God has my mind set on the prize at the end. Perseverance! I need to keep looking forward because I know my God will arise at the right moment and save the day.
Confidence has been one of my biggest gains so far this year.
